The Coffee Producer

Apas Coffee, Cooperativa dos Produtores do Alto da Serra

Apas Coffee is a cooperative of smallholder producers in São Gonçalo do Sapucaí, in the Ferreiras district of the Mantiqueira de Minas region. It was founded in 2006 as an associação and became the cooperative Cooperativa dos Produtores do Alto da Serra in 2019. Today it has 67 members. Apas FT Blend brings together coffees from several of these smallholders and comes from lot BR-263-202506-95E4BEA2A7.
