The Coffee Producer

Apas Coffee, Cooperativa dos Produtores do Alto da Serra

Behind Apas Coffee are 67 smallholders from São Gonçalo do Sapucaí in the Brazilian coffee region of Mantiqueira de Minas. They have worked together since 2006, first as an association and since 2019 as a cooperative under the name Cooperativa dos Produtores do Alto da Serra. Our Apas FT Blend brings together coffees from several members. So your cup holds the work of different producers from this region.
